We got this kit when the 742 blew the seal on a Saturday, we needed it on a Sunday afternoon and thought we were unlucky that all the shops are closed. We ordered this and with 1 day delivery and Revain Logistics delivery, we received the kit Sunday midday, it fitted perfectly and we were still able to get our job done. The kit is perfect for the 742, we have gaskets that appear to be of good quality and we have no leaks.

Worked well and fixed the cylinder. I would suggest providing some installation instructions in the future to make repairs easier. How much does a sheet of paper cost? What I found out the hard way is that a gasket needs to be soaked in warm or hot oil in order for that gasket to install properly. If sold to the public it would be nice to have some general installation instructions. and really costs the seller nothing but a piece of paper. Besides, it worked great. brian

Lift cylinders made on a 722 Bobcat, ordered 2 sets and it's a simple, mostly light job. My biggest problem was opening the cylinders due to corrosion and lack of maintenance. This old Luchs 722 was very neglected before I got it. Took a 3 foot tubular wrench to open each cylinder. I reuse the standard nut because it is self-locking and good quality.
