Thin material good for sports

This is very cheaply made. They don't hold up well. The material is very thin. If you need them for spinning (like me) they won't fit. I don't recommend them.

Pros
  • Spare boots
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Do Not Buy - Parts and Components

The attached photo shows these cleats on the left AFTER ONE RIDE next to the standard Shimano cleats I've had for 10+ years on the right. They were so difficult to get on and off that I ruined the soles of my 5.10s. Will ask for a refund.

Pros
  • Sport
Cons
  • Doubtful

Depends on usage. good for interchangeable boots

There is a brand name on my shoes. I bought these for a set of detachable flat pedals. The metal is very soft. It's easy to damage when trying to attach them. They work for me as I don't zip or unzip them, but I wouldn't hesitate to put them on a pair of my shoes.

Pros
  • Parts and components
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

You get what you pay for...

Terrible, never torn (on either side) during the short 20 minute ride. The metal seems weaker than the original Shimano brand clamps, almost like lead. They were so mangled in just 20 minutes trying to grab her. Crazy I will never skimp on non-Shimano items ever again, saving a few bucks isn't worth the time and effort on these things. I went back and took the clamps out of the parts box that must have been there for 15 years and they stood up straight away, smooth as butter! They didn't want…

Pros
  • Cycling
Cons
  • Slightly torn
