These tampons work well and feel good. They are easy to clean and do everything they advertise. My only problem is the case. When I open the case, at least one tampon falls out through the gap between the lid and the case. They're really nice, but I can't think of a use for them. Picking pimples in your ear is fun, but they don't clean it. Others really aren't very good - they don't remove mascara from eyelids and don't clean ears. They don't do very well as makeup or medicine applicators. I really wanted to love this set of reusable tampons. I like how classy they feel and they are easy to clean. I used them for two weeks to clean my ears after showering. While they look and feel good, I've been keeping an eye on them with a cotton swab. Each time, the cotton swabs collected any liquid left over from the reusable swab. These are great little tools to have in your arsenal, they are silicone so not meant to be absorbent and hygienic. I have horrible allergies that make even my ears itch and the ribbed ones help without wasting a cotton swab. Others are also good for applying makeup or applying healing ointments to wounds or irritated areas.

Read the reviews carefully before buying. Judging by the reviews, this is in line with my expectations. I often have wax ears. The Q tips help but smear the wax into my canal. I bought them to be more eco-friendly and reduce the use of cotton swabs for makeup. On first use they did nothing but smear some of my mascara all over my face. Didn't absorb or wipe off like a regular cotton swab. I thought I was doing something wrong so on the second try I tried wetting the swab with water. Again unsuccessful. I tried not to win every tampon. I like the idea of this product but I don't see where it can really be of use.
