Bogs Baby Yukon Sandal Toddler Boys' Shoes Review

Bought these shoes for my 3 year old. He can put them on himself easily and quickly. He wears them to the playground and is free to walk around in them. I noticed that the gray fabric starts to curl up a bit in the toe area. However, given that he wore them every day for 6 weeks and spent a lot of time away from home, I don't think this is unexpected.

I liked these items for my son at first but the velcro seam broke after just a few weeks. I sewed them back on but now after a few months of wearing they smell TERRIBLE. They make the little boy smell like no other shoe he's ever had. Now whenever he puts them on he smells like he spent the first 2 years of his life in a swamp of perpetual stench. We won't be buying any more bog sandals. We'll stick to the boots.

I bought two pairs of these shoes, one for my 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter. First impressions were that they are comfortable enough to wear all day but they seem to run small. If you're on the fence about the size, size up. My kids have been wearing them everywhere since spring and my daughter's velcro is completely worn out to the point where it won't close. We've been wearing them for a good 6 months and that's really all I want from children's shoes before their feet grow anyway. I
