BOGS Kids Classic Big Geo Boy's Boots (Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid) Review

My daughter has had them for four months, FOUR MONTHS, and both heels are already worn. She makes no special demands on things and uses them for everyday life. Both shoes have completely worn heels. It seems to me that this is a defect, but apparently they cannot be returned. We have had many pairs of BOGS and never had this problem. Very disappointed in these boots who paid $80 for new ones.
