I really like this handbag. Its beautiful colors. The only thing I didn't like was the very strong smell. I had to soak it in detergent to get rid of the smell.

I love the shoulder bag. It's light, roomy, and features eye-catching art. I appreciate that this is a fair trade product supporting artisans from villages around the world.

The reason I only gave 3 stars is because the strap is too short to be considered a cross strap. There's also no phone case, which is not only essential these days, but I could swear I've read there was one. It has a zip and lining and is of good quality but it probably wouldn't be if they didn't use more material to match the advertising.

I first bought it as a wallet. It was too big for that, so I gave it to my daughter as a book. Luckily it's double lined so it's durable enough to be used as a book cover. The design is really very cute and well put together. I loved the colors we received, they look great together and she was thrilled when I said she could take it. It ended in victory because when I bought it she told me that she would steal it from me.

This bag is much larger than I expected so quite a lot of things fit in it. The downside is that more stuff makes the bag heavier and weighs down the thin lining. I've been using the bag for a few months now and the lining is coming off at the top of the inside of the bag. There is a zippered pocket inside, convenient to put some small items. The lining of this wallet is well made, but you wouldn't believe it just by looking at the bag. I love the cotton parts of it, but the quilt on the front looks like it was made from cut t-shirts; I used embroidery floss and pinned the folded edges, I added an old bikini thong to the crossed ones you see from the front. This is a sturdy bag that you can put anything in, maybe even books. It's well put together, but I had to make these changes because the cut parts of the t-shirt made it look…
