BONMIXC Bike Bell: Loud, Clear & Pure Tone - Long Sustained Sound Review

This was very easy to install and does a good job. It will only work on the left side of the bike, unless you mount it upside down on the right, or can figure out a way to ring it with your index finger rather than thumb. I was a little disappointed with this at first, but have had no trouble at all using it on the left side with my left thumb, even though I am right handed.No problems so far, and very pleased with the product.

I installed this on a second e-bike after being happy with the performance for my original purchase. the tone of the Bell breaks most traffic background noise and as good to alert pedestrians in pathway as well as other bikers

Great sound - the bell definitely gets peoples attention. Clear sound and not too loud. Only problem, it doesn't fit around any area of my road bike! I'm trying to find a way to make it stay on. If I hold the base and ring the bell it works just fine. 5 stars if I could adjust it onto my bike!

I can't say enough about how much I like this bell. The one I had that came with my bike, which this one replaced, used a "flick" sort of mechanism to make one ding on aluminum bell. No one could hear it, Attempting to do repeat dings was awkward and ineffectual.Now, will a single pull, this bell produces such a lovely loud peel, that sometimes I ring it just to hear it. lol. Honest, and it gets people's attention. Even those in cars about to pull into traffic and not looking both ways…

I wanted an unobtrusive bell for my electric scooter for warning pedestrians and bikers that I was passing. I originally bought a different style bell that looked like it would be less obtrusive but I returned it because it was too quiet. This one blends with the handlebar almost as well but is much louder. If I lost it I would buy the same bell again.

After getting yelled at for calling out politely to pedestrian, I got the bell. It's very loud so if I were a pedestrian I'd still prefer the polite call out but at least now I have both options. Good bargain with 2, was able to easily mount on two bikes without taking up much handle bar real estate.

We ordered these bells previously for our bikes and ordered them again for our electric scooters and they’re just not as loud and crisp. The bells seem a little more flimsy too.

Bell works fine. But each fling of the lever makes only one hit on the bell. Have to repeat it to get attention. My old bell had a spinner that hit the bell repeatedly with each flick of the lever. Bell diameter is smaller too, and doesn’t seem to be as loud as my previous bell.

Bell works well and has a nice ring for its size. Perfect for someone who rings with their left hand. Had to put it on upside down so I could use it with my right hand. In the end its all kind of pointless since everyone has earbuds in and can't hear the bell anyway. But the sentiment is there.

I had a bell from Zefal that cost twice as much and was half as good. This bell has an excellent gold metallic finish, clamps on easily to a standard handlebar, and is easy to operate with one finger. Not the loudest bell I've ever had, but it's good enough for cycling paths and trails. Bells work way better than shouting at people, and this one is no exception.Plus, it's sturdy and fairly well sealed against water and mud. When riding down the sidewalk or street on my bike, I thought a bell would be nicer than me yelling, Hey you, get out of my way! So I got this one- classic brass- I'm not a kid, so didn't want a Hello Kitty or Ninja Turtle bell. I initially bought this bell to try out since it was so cheap. Once I had a chance to ride with it for a while and test it, I ended up loving more than my other bells. My cycling friend liked it so much, I got him one too!This bell is small, durable, and very loud. Plus it rings twice each time you press it. This is a great commuter bell.
