It's easy enough that I can use it with my phone, so no need not just in office but anywhere! The layout of pages are good at organizing material (bookmarks). Sometimes when there isn't any text available sometimes some content doesn;t show up correctly like images etc., which makes me think this app needs more work done since its free software from Google itself. It has many features that are easy enough so even beginners can use it, but I do not like how much of my personal data gets stored in their servers when using this software - they have no privacy policy! Also some functions don't work as intended which makes me feel uncomfortable about storing all sorts of private information there without any guarantees what will happen with them later (or ever). It's easy, it works well with our website design software (Dreamweaver) so we can easily manage all of our content online as one site - even if they're from different authors/brands! We've been able use this program since 2004 when I started at my current workplace which has about 800 employees in 3 locations across Canada.
