Use of the item is good for kitchen and dining room

Did my lid fall apart after just a few uses? I have the same size and have never had any problems. Could you send me a new hat? I will write a more detailed review if you can solve the problem. I have all the parts of the lid and tried to put the lid back together but to no avail. Thank you.

I think it's still the best but the product was cheaper

This is my second of those jugs that make a set of 2 for spinning a water cooler with fresh water to cool. Everything is the same as before, except the glass itself weighs two ounces less. The only difference seems to be the grip, which is now thinner (though still not very thin). It's sad to see Bormioli - my favorite glassblower - cheapen this product. However, highly recommended.

It's a cute jar and I really like it, except for the fact that I can't get it out.

This is a nice jug and I really like it except I can't close the lid properly. I was able to close it when I first got it by hand washing it I believe and when I tried to close it again by pouring some homemade almond milk in it I couldn't. If I'm doing something wrong and someone can shed some light that would be great. Otherwise I think it's just buggy as I was able to get it working at the very beginning but now it's not working.
