Description of π Bosch HB375 3 3 Bi-Metal Hole Saw
Progressor tooth design cuts faster and lasts longer in wood and metal applications. Reinforced shoulder for added strength and longer life. 8 percent cobalt alloy for longer life and higher heat resistance. Works with standard or Quick Change mandrels (Quick Change requires adapters).
This one-piece Bosch saw blade was just what I needed to mount the bracket to a newly installed decking. The blade worked well and created the perfect sized hole for the jig being installed.
Pros
Progressor tooth shape for faster cutting and longer life in wood and metal
Put this bad boy on the end of a higher-torque screwdriver and start drilling holes. The hole saw does eat up the wood but wow when it gets stuck the driver doesn't stop for a dime. I had a few bruises on my ribs within a week. If you know the right contact pressure for such a large hole saw, everything will be perfect.
Pros
8% cobalt alloy for longer life and increased heat resistance
This hole saw works very well for the price, I've used it a lot, it has retained its sharpness, I use it with a heavy Hilti variable Speed drill I get it cut without much pressure I let it cool and clean up any residue I don't like the paint they spray spray on these bits when it burns and serves no purpose other than a burning smell the customer hates otherwise leave it will cut many holes
Pros
Reinforced shoulder for extra strength and longer life
