    Standard image is misleading. It looks like you need to screw in the speaker. The kit includes a wall bracket, an extension cable and a plate that attaches to the speaker.

    Solid mounts for Acoustimass 10 IV

    Took these to install a Bose Acoustimass 10 IV system in a newly finished basement. The mounts work great and are fairly easy to install with a little DIY. We used both the included wall and ceiling mounts. Brackets with speakers attached will support some weight, so try to mount them where there is strong mounting hardware, such as a shelf.     Worst, worst, worst design!

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought this bracket to hang my Bose Acoustimass 10 Series V speakers from the ceiling. I wasn't expecting to spend too much time on this project but it turned out to be a nightmare due to the crappy design of this mount designed by god knows who. This mount is by far the WORST design I have ever encountered on planet earth. The base of the mount is a 2 inch square plate. To attach it to the drywall you will need to drill 4 half inch diameter holes. I mean…

    Bad design: Accoustimass 6 Series V (for houses with electrical installation)

    Bose got this bracket wrong! The instructions are terrible. First, let me say that I connect my Bose AM6 Series V to a pre-wired home setup that has speaker wires already routed through the main room. The seller never mentioned that (a) Bose Acoustimass cables run from the amp to the bass module and (b) that Bose uses special cables. This immediately caused some problems.
