Finally, the headset works with commands.

My headset is finally working properly with Teams and Skype. The touch controls work as expected. You don't need to buy a $70 adapter to get your $350 headset working properly.

Needed but not good

This product is kind of a necessary evil I would say. The earbuds can only sync with two devices at a time, making this product more functional for USB port hot-swapping on different devices. Otherwise, switch active devices while trying to answer calls or listen to audio. However, the quality is the reason I gave this product a 3 star rating. When listening from less than half a meter away, a clear crackling can be heard. When I get up and walk to the corner of my office (5ft) the sound is…

Definitely worth the price

I can keep it connected to my PC and now my Bose NC 700 works fine with MS Teams. I can use the touchpad to: - mute/unmute the voice mic - change the PC volume - answer and end calls - answer a call when the headphones are off by simply turning them on and going straight to the call - seamlessly switch to my mobile phone when it's not working, I highly recommend it.

To kid. Only get it if you use MS Teams.

I am a fan of Bose headphones. But $70 for it is a bit of a joke. This does not increase the range. This doesn't work with Zoom. It just adds functionality for MS commands, that's all. The difference with or without a key pack is $20. Why are they selling this for $70 as a separate item to solve their problems? I think they should sell it for $20 or give it away for free to fix the unreliability issues. This somehow makes me lose confidence in this company. Don't get me wrong, the noise…

Game Changer for Bose 700

Between switching audio devices as needed and using multiple conferencing apps, each maintaining their own settings, I've been constantly messing with the intermittent connection between my 700 and PC. The brand seems frustrated with the 700 errors in general, but the addition of this Bluetooth module has at least fixed the connection problems, which are huge. I've had this thing for a few months now and now the 700 sticks to the PC like glue. No setup - plug it in and it will (FINALLY) have…

A little more comfortable but not necessarily

For context I use headphones for several hours every day and all my calls/meetings are through Teams so I figured I needed them. I'll limit my review to the actual USB port rather than the headphones themselves: 1. I was expecting more features for the price. It's a useful little gadget, but I think it's overpriced to be able to easily mute or answer a call using the right/left ear headphone pad.2. USB Link does NOT allow you to connect to multiple devices, this requires the Bose.3 Music app…

Provides a seamless experience with Microsoft TEAMS!

I have read many reviews on various websites about the Bose 700 NC and 700 UC and the Bose Link dongle. I bought a Bose 700 NC, a version that didn't come with a pre-paired bluetooth dongle. I've used the headset with my Windows 10 laptop for Microsoft Teams meetings as well as GoToMeeting and it has worked well overall, but I was most curious if I would get an even better Microsoft Teams experience if I bought the dongle. So I bought this USB dongle from Bose and my first impression when it…
