A great buy for the price! I needed a fondue pot and of course I was drooling over a hundred dollars and up. I didn't want to invest in an expensive one right away, so I found it with excellent reviews. It's beautiful, durable, very easy to clean and has a "natural" look, which is exactly what I wanted. Like the other reviewers, be sure to stir the fondue every few minutes to keep it from burning to the bottom. Read the instructions first - you must soak the pot before use. Excellent purchase!

When I received this fondue pot, there were leftovers in it. I cleaned it thoroughly and soaked it in water for two hours before first use and it worked great. However, after cleaning, I realized that the leftovers in the pot when I received it looked exactly the same and definitely belonged to someone else's meal.
