This doesn't work with my 2008 Pontiac G8 like the vehicle match indicator said. The speaker is about half an inch smaller. I can screw this speaker into one of the mounting holes but not the other. Also, the plus and minus terminals will not work with the factory wiring. A speaker with two plus and minus poles and a wired adapter are required as factory speakers. I ordered a 4" speaker to upgrade my A1U cabinet. The quality of the speaker is evident compared to the standard speakers that come with these cabinets. The sound quality is excellent. As advertised as a replacement you thought it would come with the necessary hardware to be a direct replacement for the OEM center speaker. It's not, it's not plug and play.
