BOSS Audio CH6520 Car Speakers Review

Connected these speakers to a Boss BvV960NV head unit. The main unit sounded good with standard speakers from 20 years ago. Switched to Boss 2610. Big mistake. Terrible sound. Bass is missing. I've never heard speakers sound so cheap. Boss support team did not respond to the poor performance in any way. I do not recommend

I say for the price these speakers really improved my 2016 Nissan Versa Note! It took less than 10 minutes to get the gate back on the road, less than half an hour of work for the project. I love the color it really shines through my door panel and I love it! I have to say these are the best speakers I've bought in years. Will buy them again!

The price was half what I could buy speakers at a local store. They arrived quickly and installed easily in my HHR. They sound good and have been for almost a month. The speakers get a little blurry at high audio levels, but well above average listening levels. All four door speakers in the car died. I thought it was the radio but NO - the Chevy speakers suck. I will be buying 2 more to replace the rear dead factory ones.

My 2007 car speakers are starting to fail and while not a perfect match for my car they do the job. You have a good sound. I am very satisfied I will not be buying a new car and as small parts in my car are beginning to fail I find these small things not difficult to replace. This is definitely a purchase I am very happy with. i love my music I'm not a big fan of stereo, but for a simple music lover, they're a lot better than my factory units.

There is almost no bass and I'm not one to turn up the volume, but a little bass is nice to balance out the high frequencies. They are well established but broken in some cases. I had to fix the connections, which turned out to be easy, and the audio is clear. I'm happy with them, mostly knowing they were on the cheap side. Why I Bought $16 Speakers? Purely out of curiosity. I had a 2001 Suzuki Swift with blown factory speakers and wanted to see how they performed. I hooked them up to a 50 watt Rockford Fosgate amp and they work pretty well. According to Boss, the frequency response is 100Hz-18kHz. I would say that they reproduce the upper range correctly, but they reproduce frequencies below 100Hz. Fits my Chevy HHR and sounds better than the original speakers. If you have an HHR, the factory speakers are rubbish and they probably won't work or will eventually fail. I connected them with no problems. I bought the Revain wiring harnesses and mounting brackets for about $24 for all 4. They come with all 4. These are the only parts you will need. If you're about to remove the door panels, you can just use a bungee cord to hold the panel in place and you'll have plenty of room to work. You…
