🔋 Efficient Battery Pencil Sharpener: Bostitch BPS2-BLUE, Hinged Tray, Colored Pencil Compatible Review

Cheaply made. Doesn't sharpen. The chip flap is not locked. Total garbage. Would have given 0 stars but had to give 1 to get to the 'write a review' screen.

Tested with 3 different sets of new batteries. Not enough torque to sharpen a stick of butter. I spent twice as much on the last Bostitch I bought for my wife and it was great. Until I lost it You get what you pay for.

So disappointed in what should be a simple device. This is a pencil sharpener; he MUST sharpen pencils. All pencils. Right out of the box, this thing ate 8 of my dozen new pencils. Not worth the time/money to return. It might work with a specific type of pencil, but none of the types I have - just regular #2s.

For kids, quick and easy to take anywhere. It works well and is helpful. The problem is that it's cheap. He was yanked off his knees on a book and broke half the solder joints for the battery/motor, rendering him unusable. I took it apart and found that all of the solder joints were of extremely poor quality. I fixed the weak broken connections and hardened the other pathetic connections with a fair amount of solder.
