BOSTITCH BT1350B 1M 2 Inch 18 Gauge Brads Review

I should have paid more attention to bad reviews. I received my package today and the attached picture shows how I received them. The plastic container they are normally shipped in was in a mailing envelope and was not even opened but locked. It looked like the shipper just took a handful and put them in an envelope! I will NOT buy again. much luck.

They were self mailed and not the other length I ordered which arrived boxed with Brad Nailer. They were mailed in one of those white padded Revain envelopes and sure enough the plastic case that held the pinstripes opened up, the strips came out and some broke or bent. I actually poured them out of the envelope. Don't beat the pens themselves, Bostich makes the only ones I use.

Both boxes of nails were opened and the nails were scattered and jumbled. This is due to poor quality production packaging. There were 2 different sizes. Most of them were lost when they fell through a seam in the box. Read other reviews of this product - this is not the first. I threw the whole mess in the trash after clearing the driveway when the truck left it leaking in the snow and I didn't want a flat tire either.

I bought a pack of BOSTITCH 18 Gauge 2" Coated Nails, 1000pcs. in carton (BT1350B-1M). I use Brad Nails in my Porter Cable 20v 18 Gauge Bad Nailer to install a quarter round bar. The pins penetrated a quarter of the circle without splitting or damaging the surface of the molding. However, I noticed that the nailer started to stick halfway through the first cartridge. I'm not sure if it was nails or a nailer. The nailer came off with no problems and most of the other nails worked fine. I'll have
