Only one of the three suction cups is holding. Without them it's useless. One is holding up very well, I would like to find replacements for the other two.

The connector you put in the sink has stupid suction cups that won't hold the whole base. It is not supported, writes, it crashes often, just a big pain in the ass all the time, sorry

Really looking forward to lightening the dishes, for the most part it works but the bristles on top were probably broken in shipping but I can't wash them the bottom of none of my glasses which is totally against the purpose of this product, also if you turn the glass in a certain direction you unscrew a big part and then it falls apart and you have to put it back together it's not hard. It's not a bad product, it just has a few design flaws and possibly a shipping error.

I bought two of these to replace the brushes we had on the bar. The regular 3 brush style is cheaper these days. Either the brushes broke off (the bartenders are pulling them out of the sink by the brushes. Grrr.) or the suction, well, sucked! They stay in place and clean glasses better. In addition, they withstood careless employees. I just wish we could wash more than one glass at a time. But we have small sinks and 2 won't fit in. I did my best. Overall I'm very happy with it.

Cool concept, not the best quality. I was so looking forward to this sponge because my husband has trouble cleaning his glasses at home. His hands don't fit in most of them so it was a great decision! Unfortunately, the quality of the product is where it scores below average. None of our suction cups work. I used a similar product to wash glasses at the bar. I was thrilled when I found one for my home. Every bottle brush I've bought has only lasted a few months, even the expensive ones. If you liked this product on social media then you're in the same boat as me. It arrived in a crappy plastic bag from the manufacturer, the quality is incredibly cheap. The bristles are so stiff and weird cheap stuff, the suction cups won't stick to the back of the sink, the main bristles and the side bristles are too close together, it's hard to press a cup or bottle onto it, the bristles don't when the bristles hit the floor of the water bottle or glass, the main bristles will detach and fall

First off this product is really well made and works with large sinks like the new deep farm/barn sinks that are being installed in kitchens these days. But if you have a regular house on rails or you still have the same sinks as when the contractor first built your house, then getting this to work properly is going to be difficult.
