📦 G50 Clear Intermediate Base Box Review

I bought them because they are beautiful but oh my god they are fragile. I've lost three in one week from a simple bump. Ironically, I bought these to replace much older Edison bulbs, but the old bulbs are so much more powerful than these bulbs it's almost ridiculous. Nice, but I won't be buying any more once I've finished the rest of this box (given the rate at which they die, it shouldn't take long).

Bought these lamps in October 2016. Installed December 2016. As of May 2015 they are almost completely dark. I am using 75 bulbs on a decorative string and have replaced incandescent bulbs in the hope that the LED will save a few bucks in the long run. At the moment they are all almost dark. I had to go back to Incandescent and remove all the LEDs I bought from Hometown Evolution, Inc. Don't waste money. They will quickly disappear to the point of utter uselessness.

I DID NOT FIND ANY LED BULBS FOR MY GARDEN LIGHTS. I bought rope for something else in Hometown a few years ago and remembered it. I emailed them directly (via Revain) to ask if they carry my LED bulbs. They replied very quickly and YES! There were actually several ALL IN LED styles available. I bought two boxes of 25, they arrived in good condition and within the promised time frame. If it weren't for Hometown I'd replace these lights all at once (and they wore them too!) but I'm just too old…
