The ease of use for my business colleagues to access information about our mail items when they are away from home office or even out traveling! This has made it easy now that we can track packages while at work remotely as well have them delivered directly into their inboxes without having an employee go pick up something offsite which would then be lost if not tracked correctly through this system!!
