I have been putting up with the substandard mount that came with my Escort Passport 9500ix, for way too long. This unit holds my detector in the perfect place to get that just right sweet spot (2017 Honda Accord). It actually mounts higher on the dash for better coverage. I had given up using my Escort Solo2 cordless radar detector because it kept falling off the windshield and became such an annoyance. It was not used afterwards for at least two years. I decided to give this holder a try and it has been like glue on the windshield! Great sticking quality, considering it is now very cold out, and I go from cold to a warm garage and back out. We wanted to use our radar detector in both cars without having to detach and reattach the mount every time we switched cars. This three suction cup mount works better than the two suction cup mount that came with our Escort Passport 9500IX. Works great! Recommended.

I had to replace the original mount that was lost and went to ebay after seeing the price for the OEM replacement! Quite simply, this is better than the original - the addition of a 3rd suction cup has provided a much stronger mount and it never falls off anymore! My advice would be to order one of these and replace the original 2 cup mount even if you haven't lost the original!

AWESOME. This is what Escort should have included with my detector.I had finally had enough of the original mount popping out of place and purchased this as a replacement. The fit is perfect, and it stops the detector from rattling which the original mount never did.

Worked fine for the short amount of time that I used it. I had lost the original and this was just the ticket (pun intended).

A good deal. It sticks better than the lever activated cup that was supplied with my radar detector. I did have to bend mine to achieve the best angle . A longer tab would be nice, too. Still, a very good deal that works.

Great suction compared to lame 2-suction cup version that came with Escort radar detector. No compatibility issues. Very happy, doesn't block vision like the giant single suction cup, and hasn't fallen off yet in the month since purchase. Worth it!

I left my original mount in a rental car down in Florida. Bummer. This one is actually better than the original, having three point mounting instead of two, and an extra adjustment notch. And, it fit my radar detector perfectly.

My original one was only 2 suction cups and would shake and occas fall off of window in the heat . This one is very sturdy . The power cord may not be durable!

The only problem is that the mount doesn't fully lock into the detector, but it is good enough for the way my wife drives her sedan.BTW, I have only used a Valentine 1 detectors on my Dinan badged road-course modified BMW M3s since it came out about 30 years ago.
