Great idea, poor execution. I've tried several types of it. None were worth buying. Sticks to the skin, which is uncomfortable when speaking. Very uncomfortable.

I think the idea is great, but the masks didn't come with any instructions for use. I never figured out how to use the items that came with the masks.

Extremely useful. I don't feel like sucking on a mask every time I breathe or speak. Now I don't put the mask on anymore. And I can let it sit longer without getting claustrophobic. And I no longer have panic attacks when I'm in the supermarket and I feel like I'm choking.
