Unfortunately we received the ribbon and it looks like the original but both ribbons ordered do not work properly. Not sure if it's 2nd work but the black foil usually wrapped in the tape is sticking out and needs to be torn off each label. This is not normal and this is the first time we have had such a bad batch.
