It's been a long time since I've been able to concentrate long enough to do much, so when my husband recommended Brain + Cognitiva I was hesitant. Another similar product didn't help much. Take the advice "wait 30 minutes before taking anything other than water to swallow the pills" and give it time to get into your system and hopefully it will be as effective for you as it was before. was for me.--DS, Austin, TX

The dosage on the bottle doesn't work but I felt a small effective concentration when I used 5 capsules. Which I don't think is safe anymore than a 30 day supply if I keep taking at this rate!
