brainer is an-easy-to-use app that empowers companies to increase the number of online customer reviews as well as enhance the quality of their online reviews. Our user-friendly tool sends a simple text message requesting a business review when customers are at the peak of their satisfaction-- directly after receiving service. We use this to your advantage, as brainer sends a simple text message such as, ‘Were you satisfied with the service provided by [insert your business name]?’ If the customer selected 'yes,' brainer delivers them to a one of the review platforms of their choice. If the answer is ‘no,' the review is sent to you as a feedback, giving you a chance to provide additional customer service and leave each customer completely satisfied. Great experience working together and really quick to respond

I like how easy it was for customers who were not tech savvy, or had never used any type mobile applications before; they could easily navigate through all parts needed in order make sure proper information filled out properly! The most convenient part about this program (for me) would be having my account tied directly into our Google Paypal system which makes things so much easier with paying clients!! We have been able use Brainers service since July 2018 when we started using them at work..

Great tool that helps with real-time customer engagement

The platform has been easy for our team, which includes both marketers & product managers from different teams within Woot! It's helped us have more control over what we want posted in terms or when it gets published (we can even turn off certain posts if they don't meet criteria). There are some really nice features like being able post photos directly into your account so you're not limited by just text only content. We've realized how important consumer feedback actually becomes once people…

Excellent tool to assist non technical staff get up and running fast

The ability for my team members, who are not always tech savvy or computer literate themselves but do understand how important it can be in building our brand reputation with customers using social media channels such us Facebook/Twitter etc., was invaluable! I have been able help them learn this very quickly so they were successful when helping others find me through FaceBook page / Twitter account by adding relevant comments about what we offer which helped drive traffic back into website's…
