BrainSell Technologies Review

I like how they have such an easy to use interface for our customers, it makes things so much easier! They also provide great support if needed at any time during setup or implementation process as well. Sometimes there are issues with their system that cause us some trouble but we always feel supported by them in solving those problems quickly and efficiently. Their product has helped grow my business immensely since implementing the software almost two years ago now, which was about 6 months…

1) Very friendly, helpful staff2). I have always been impressed by their knowledge in what they do3). It seems that as my needs grow so does theirs! They are very flexible & able to work with you for your business goals4.) Their website has many useful tools such as social media management5.). If there's anything we don't like about BSN it would be how long some tasks take (exporting contact lists etc), but this can usually just mean more training for me6.). We've made good use out Social Media

I like that they have been very helpful with my questions, even when it's not their core business area! They are always willing to help me out if there isn't someone who can answer right away or for whatever reason we cannot get an immediate response from them - but once you reach one person at BSNL (or any other customer support) in India he/she will be able solve your problem without fail!! It would definitely make life easier as well since most companies do provide excellent service here…
