Update November 12, 2020: About five weeks ago, the shaver suddenly stopped working. When I plugged it in to charge, a flashing red battery icon appeared on the grip. I submitted a service request to Braun on their website, along with a copy of the Revain invoice. Braun promptly sent shipping instructions along with a prepaid UPS shipping label. I rarely write reviews but I am so pleased with this product that I feel the need. I have VERY SENSITIVE SKIN and have tried everything from foil to rotary, wet to dry shaving. I have a Braun Series 3 from c. 2012-2013 so this is a big upgrade. Many years later this is the first shaver that brought me back to the electric shaver. I recently had to take blood thinners and cut myself too badly with my regular razor so I decided to try an electric razor again. Surprisingly, this Braun shaves beautifully in just a few passes and I don't have the irritation I remember from previous razors.
