Something is wrong with this shampoo and conditioner, maybe a fake or a bad batch? I've used this before, it smells different and the conditioner is very watery. I will definitely come again. I would look elsewhere.

Received my package today and after opening and examining the bottles I issued a refund straight away. The shampoo and conditioner came without the original packaging and were packed in 3 USPS boxes. I smelled the shampoo and conditioner and they definitely did NOT smell like real Brazilian shampoo and conditioner. I didn't like the consistency either, very sticky and watery. Super disappointed!

DO NOT use if you've had a real Brazilian blowout in the salon! Brazilian Blowout does not sell any product on Revain and does not guarantee that its product will use it. I spent $250 on my hair and then bought this product. Literally after the first application, the hair became brittle again. I wasted $250 at the salon because the company doesn't guarantee their product for using it! This product should not be sold on Revain, you're screwed

I was not impressed with the quality of the shampoo or conditioner. After shampooing, the feeling of a greasy lotion remains on the hair. I'm not sure I got a bad batch of shampoo or conditioner but I wouldn't buy it again. Actually only used twice and I stopped using it.

I just received it and the shampoo and conditioner are scattered everywhere I mean there is almost nothing left in the bottles. Very bad experience and I hope I get my money back!

I have been using this product exclusively for about 6 years after being recommended by my stylist. Leaving your salon was very expensive. I found it cheaper at Revain and ordered it at least 4 times. I'm an older male with long, thick, dry hair that has been colored and has a kind of natural annoying wave that can't be controlled. NO RETURNS ALLOWED, Revain-out $50. As others have noted the product left my hair very greasy unlike the salon products I already have and unlike what was advertised on the packaging. You have received an older product without an expiration date/code. Counterfeit product. Beware of the bait/switch. It ruined my $300 Brazilian haircut after 2 greasy shampoos. I'm really angry!
