most important part

Got this to stop the shedding in car. but place where you cut it to let him pee is in wronf place maybe a different size would work but i dont think so

Pros
  • Breathable material keeps dogs comfortable and prevents overheating
Cons
  • May not be suitable for dogs with mobility issues

Super Cute good for me

My dog is 7 pounds. I bought this and others to slow down the blizzard of hair shedding. It is not thick but material is good enough to where she is still comfortable. It has buttons down the spine so the pets can't easily take it off. Even though my dog found a way to slide right out of it. I think her name is She-dini. Going to buy more!

Pros
  • Allows easy access to urinate or defecate, ensuring that your pet has freedom of movement
Cons
  • May not be able to withstand certain physical activities or rough play

Comfortable- No zipper. Snaps only.

My 24lb Corgi had a splenectomy and we used this suit, size Large, during day hours while he was supervised. He was comfortable in it, it was breathable and washed well. I felt it helped add an extra hygiene barrier for his surgery site. You put it on by placing the front feet through the leg holes then you begin snapping the top together down the spine. When you are closer to the hips you can then slide the back legs into the remaining leg holes. Then finish snapping the suit to the tail. A…

Pros
  • Can be used during training for incontinence and housebreaking, minimizing mess indoors
Cons
  • May cause overheating or breathing difficulties in some dogs

8/10 recommend for my opinion

I have a chihuahua and the xs was still too big. Coke can in picture to reference. He got it off within minutes. Couple stitches to the neck and bum and it was perfect. He can’t get out or scratch his wound. Worth the 15 bucks

Pros
  • Made from tough and durable materials that can withstand daily wear and tear
Cons
  • May not be able to properly cover or protect certain sensitive areas of the body

good for spay recovery

My puppy was going to be spayed and I was looking for an alternative to her having to wear a cone around her neck after the surgery. I spoke with several vets and they all suggested getting a compression vest. I found this one and ordered it. I had her wear it for several days before surgery so she could get used to it, and when she had the surgery they immediately put this on her. She had freedom of movement and could easily go in and out of her doggie door. I took it off after three days and…

Pros
  • Provides a gentle and snug embrace, which can help counter stress and anxiety
Cons
  • May not be able to prevent dogs from accessing foreign bodies or materials around their wounds

Very helpful product

We purchased this for our dog to replace the cone of shame the vet provided. The material is tee-shirt material. It was a bit big so we gathered the excess on her back with a hair tie which worked well. Perhaps should have tried a size smaller as it is stretchy, but didn't want risk that.

Pros
  • Machine-washable for easy cleaning and care
Cons
  • May not be able to replace traditional e-collar cones for severe cases

Good alternative to a cone

Our dog had surgery and had stitches on her stomach. This kept her from licking the stitches. I bought a size too big so she was able to get out of it… I just put clips on the top to make it fit better. All in all It worked better than the cones ( which she chewed up 2 of then🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️)

Pros
  • Reduces the likelihood of licking and biting, which can lead to further injury or infection
Cons
  • May not be as effective for certain surgical procedures or conditions

The cammo one seems better quality

I purchased two onesies from the same company. This grey one started to come apart at one of the back leg seams and seems too lightweight. The other one I bought was the grey black cammo which has a slightly more of a synthetic feel, its much sturdier and way snazzier. No need for a cone of shame. Essential items if u ask me.

Pros
  • Recovery Collars & Cones
Cons
  • May be expensive compared to other alternatives

If you have a pug get the small size .

Very cute and love the bottoms on the back .She weights 10 pounds and a med was way to big for her . She keep taking off super easy .Was delivered in less then 24 hours :)

Pros
  • Can be used as a comfortable alternative to pet clothes, especially to protect the wound area
Cons
  • May not be recommended for dogs with certain skin conditions or diseases

Can't complain - my new review

It did its job after my dog was spayed, but the measure meants for her said I needed the xl which i ordered but it was definitely too big on her she was able to wiggle and slide out of it.

Pros
  • Easy to adjust for the perfect fit, ensuring maximum comfort for dogs
Cons
  • May not be suitable for dogs with anxiety or behavioral issues

disappointed 😞 - my new review

Was very excited to get this as I’m trying to dry my mama up and keep pups from suckling on her but able to still interact with them. She had this on for 2 hours and is ripped and torn. Very disappointed 😔

Pros
  • Suitable for male and female dogs of all breeds and sizes
Cons
  • May restrict dogs from performing natural behaviors such as scratching or licking themselves

An excellent alternative to the cone!

I was worried about my baby girl having to wear the cone of shame. However, this was so comfortable for her that she showed no signs of stress at all. Awesome.

Pros
  • Wraps around the body to provide maximum coverage, protection, and comfort
Cons
  • May not protect against environmental factors such as rain or snow

Needs altering for perfect fit.

My dog is a 52 pound border collie, Australian cattle dog mix. He's a short guy. Igot the xl site to the measurements listed. This product didn't cover his genitalia, and he had just gotten neutered, so, it was pretty important it did that. The tail hole was super big to where it left him exposed. In order to cover that area, fold over the tail hole circle and sew about half of it closed. That covered his incision for my guy, and left plenty of room for his tail. Then, you may have to see a…

Pros
  • Fits snugly on the skin, providing all-over coverage and protection
Cons
  • May not properly fit dogs with longer or thicker hair

Great product, Comfortable and Effective

Wonderful product! Our 8-month old Bernedoodle (50 lbs - we got the XXL) was spayed and this suit was the best thing ever and so much nicer than a cone. We put it on her as soon as she got home from her surgery and she immediately relaxed. She wore it for 12 days straight with no problems - could do her duty easily and it did not seem to bother her at all. It is not thick and is lightweight and breathable. She never once tried to lick her scar. Highly recommend for the comfort it brings to both

Pros
  • Can be used alongside traditional medicine to promote a speedier recovery
Cons
  • May not prevent dogs from scratching or rubbing against furniture or carpet

Not for my dog in my review

She wore it less than 12 hours and was able to rip the leg hole and get out of it completely. She's a 4 mo puppy, 22 pounds and we bought a large.

Pros
  • Easy to put on and take off, reducing stress on dogs during dressing changes
Cons
  • May cause overheating or dehydration in hot weather

Perfect for Surgery

I ordered XL based on the chart size but Large will be better excellent quality and perfect for surgery but sometimes I have to pull up if not my dog pee the t-shirt

Pros
  • It worked okay most of the time. But when my puppy would stretch out sometimes the buttons would pop.
Cons
  • Sorry I can't recall

Camo cutie in my review

It isn’t thick fabric but is stretchy which is nice when putting on. I got a XXL for Duke and he’s 50 pounds. I could have gotten an XL but I’d rather it too big then too small. Every shirt I’ve gotten him fits differently! But this camo shirt fits greats, it is all snaps to put on but they seem to stay!

Pros
  • High-quality construction ensures durability and longevity
Cons
  • May not stay securely in place during activities or playtime

Sizes are off - my new review

This was huge on my 80 lb dog. Sizes are not accurate. We had to tie it in places. Otherwise it did a good job of protecting surgical incisions.

Pros
  • This worked out great for my little guy. No cone of shame for him!
Cons
  • Can be uncomfortable for dogs

Up In The Air On This One

I just got this for my boxer mix because she is prone to allergies and rashes on her tummy. I put it on her and put her in her kennel for the night and somehow she got out of it. It fits her perfectly but the snaps opened up, doubt I'll keep it if she can do that. Maybe if it had a zipper instead of the button snaps it might work better.

Pros
  • Can help reduce stress and anxiety during the healing process
Cons
  • May not provide enough compression for wound healing

Fits my goldendoodle

I ordered the XXXL for my 68lb goldendoodle. She could probably have used the XXL but this ones fits ok. It's very soft with a TON of snaps but thankfully with it being lose, it's easy to take her legs out to use the bathroom without unsnapping any snaps.

Pros
  • Helps to minimize pain and discomfort for pets by reducing contact between the wound and other objects
Cons
  • May not be able to be worn for prolonged periods of time
