Very comfortable, warm to body temperature but not hot. They are probably more suitable for smaller women. I'm taller but they still helped with sagging in my bathing suit and stayed in place even after 30 minutes of non-stop swimming.

I bought these to compensate for some breast size differences I had after a unilateral mastectomy. They were not suitable for this purpose, they were too big and visible under a lightly padded bra. But I don't blame the product for that. This may work better under thicker padded bras or with large breasts.

I use this on one side to correct asymmetrical dimensions. My cup size is 36D. They are a bit big so I don't think they are suitable for small breasts. Make sure to only use them with bras with molded or full cups and good support, otherwise there will be more bulging. This is not a problem with this product; You can't expect a push-up insert to look like a natural part of your breast.
