I swear that thing looks like magic. My kettle turns brown and dirty, making it shiny in no time. When the kettle is done, I pour the cleaning liquid from the kettle into the bowl and put the lid on the kettle to reach the part that covers the spout and leave it for 5 minutes. Then I pour the cleaning liquid into metal cups (which I use for tea) and let it sit for 5 minutes. Everything sparkles clean after just one pack!

This cleaner was very easy to use and did a great job cleaning my Breville kettle. After such use, the kettle sparkled like new. I doubted it would work well, but it works! If you love your Breville teapot like I do, don't worry about the tea soiling the inside, this cleaner will clean it in 5 minutes and leave it looking like new! Very happy with this product!

4 packs included. We use one every 3 or 4 weeks to remove tea stains from a tea maker. Works very well as advertised; will not damage the transparent canister. Rinses off odorless and tasteless. This product will not remove the small amount of calcium residue that forms on the substrate. To do this we use 1/4 cup white vinegar for an hour which is then rinsed off leaving the stainless steel clean and shiny.

I have a Breville Kettle. After its use, the tannin stains the stainless steel interior details and the tea filter. I use baking soda in the teapot to loosen the tannin (which I can then remove with a sponge) but I use this scrub to not only remove tannin from inside the teapot but also from the tea filter. After a single use, everything returns to the original stainless steel color. It's also fun to watch him at work.

I recently replaced my Breville coffee maker and decided to give it a proper treatment with a Breville recommended product. I use reverse osmosis water so it doesn't have to be cleaned often. I used this and a few water stains that were on the pot were still on the pot after using it. I then went back to a vinegar and water mixture and all the stains were gone. I usually just boil water and don't use the tea function, so it might work better on tea stains than water stains.

The thing is amazing! At first I couldn't justify paying $15 for this stuff, but it removed all tannin stains and cleaned the kettle like it was brand new. If you invest in Breville products and take care of them, they will last. I've had the kettle for 2 years now and use it every week. This product is easy to use with one important caveat. Contrasting printing on the product packaging itself instead of large, contrasting color printing on the large, non-reflective areas of the outer packaging. They probably don't have the best eyesight, meaning they are old enough to put some effort into selecting teas, worry about preparation and serving, and have enough disposable income to support such a hobby.
