great for the price!

Things like art, food, and fiction novels can be very subjective. A lot of people will rate an item based off their preferences rather than being objective. I will try to stay objective in this review. So the package is tiny. wow is it small! Is this just specialty malt flavoring that I am supposed to added to my mash? I didn't see anything saying to do so. so I just added it to two gallons of reverse osmosis + mineral filtered water. Results? Taste like beer! Smells like beer! Must be beer…

Tasty beer at 3.7% for my opinion

This is a tasty beer but it only has a 3.7% alchohol content. The only difference between this and the brown ale PLUS version, sold by the same seller, is about .9% alchohol. The plus version being 4.7%. I enjoyed both of these beers and will buy more. My only suggestion is to add a bit more DME or LME to spike the % up a bit. Use a hydrometer. In my experience the only downside to higher % is a little longer bottle aging time for the alcohol to mellow out a bit, but 3 weeks bottle conditioning

  • Additional Equipment Required: The kit does not come with all the equipment you need to brew the beer, such as a brewing kettle, bottles, caps, and a capper. You will need to purchase these separately, which may add up to the cost

Package contents needed better inspection before shipping.

The undamaged, unopen package was leaking fine One Step No-Rinse Cleanser upon receipt. When opened I found the contents covered in a dusting of One Step No-Rinse Cleanser & the package of cleanser had a small slit cut in it. I think I managed to retrieve @ 80% of the One Step No-Rinse Cleanser. This is the first time my order has arrived in an upsetting fashion.

  • Time-Consuming: Homebrewing can be a lengthy process, and the BrewDemon Kit is no exception. The entire brewing process can take up to a few weeks, which may require extensive planning and preparation

peanut butter added!

this is my 2nd batch of the nut ale. this batch i added 6.5oz of PB2 powder to make a peanut butter flavor. oh yes i did. lol As described. Haven''t brewed it yet but know the product..

Great product fast shipping

Having brewed things before this was awesome. Prehopped everything ready to go. I was thinking about making this with actual banana to make banana nut brown ale and i didn't have to. People who disliked beer changed their minds after trying this refreshing brew. Though I did not use the yeast giving and added a bit more sugar to raise the abv a tad. It is still a light drinkable beverage at 7%.

  • The BrewDemon Kit is not for novice brewers. The kit requires knowledge and experience in homebrewing, and mistakes made during the process can ruin the entire batch altogether
