Exactly what I was looking for I was hoping it wouldn't be too cheap but when it arrived I was amazed that it wasn't cheap but better than what I had. for many years! yes you need it

The bottom of the pot was pretty thin. This caused the entire pan to shake as it heated. Eventually it reached a certain temperature where it stopped shaking. but we were nervous that he would tip or spill our beer while we were brewing. The metal is not very, but done with its task.

Love the size and that it has a gallon measurement. I used it for what it is for, brewing. The steel is of poor quality. The bottom of the kettle is thin, after using it once, there was a trace of the stove on the bottom. It also had burn marks. I used a thermometer to check the temperature and stirred frequently. I tried to clean it very well and it still had stains and liquid stains on it.

When all the others are $120-$200 this is a great buy. I bought 2 of these LESS than the nearest comparable stove and most were around 5 gallons. I wish the bottom was a little thicker, but as far as I know it's designed that way for heat transfer. I will use one in the LM Reflux still and the other in the fermentation vessel. Perfect for both, highly recommend and will probably buy more in the future.

I bought this frying pan to replace it. I fried the hole the first day I got it. I think I should have read the fine print that says to add oil before heating. Regardless, I needed a permanent replacement, so I searched Revain for stainless steel pans and found these with the right dimensions - 32 litres. It's extremely durable, fits perfectly and most importantly, it doesn't melt when you put it on the burner. Can't speak to its use for brewing beer, but it's perfect for a 20lb fryer. turkey…
