I bought this frying pan to replace it. I fried the hole the first day I got it. I think I should have read the fine print that says to add oil before heating. Regardless, I needed a permanent replacement, so I searched Revain for stainless steel pans and found these with the right dimensions - 32 litres. It's extremely durable, fits perfectly and most importantly, it doesn't melt when you put it on the burner. Can't speak to its use for brewing beer, but it's perfect for a 20lb fryer. turkey or cook up some shrimp and crab!
