I saw bad reviews on other joysticks and decided on these as they seemed the closest to the OEM parts you'll find here. Replaced the stick and they feel perfect. Feels the same as the original stick, if not very close, there were no issues with size, and the inclusion of three extra screws was a nice touch as they proved spirited. Will update in a few weeks to make sure they don't let me down, if not I have up to 5 stars. But so far first impressions are good.

This replacement analog stick looks the same as the original analog stick in the left joycon. I bought a competitor's product with green wires. The green wires do not match the ribbon cable on the left controller motherboard. For those looking for suitable replacements due to the infamous joycon drift: I recommend these parts. From the outside of the switch it is completely invisible that any work has been carried out. I used my iFixit tools and instructions from the iFixit website (also highly recommended) to install these parts. The only thing I don't really like about this kit is that it doesn't have instructions or even a link to a video or anything. It didn't take me long to find it online.
