Great Way To Communicate With Clients

I like that it offers so many different ways of communicating with my clients which makes them feel more important than just another phone call or letter from us! It also helps me keep track of all our communications in one place. Sometimes is can be annoying when you are trying to read through everything at once but overall it's been helpful for keeping up with client communication and making sure we're doing what needs to get done as quickly as possible.   • This would help save valuable resources/energy because less accounts will mean fewer passwords etc
Cons
  • Almost never

The best thing about this software is that it allows you send bulk messages at once without having to go through each individual customer one by one which saves time for us as well as our customers! It's also very easy to use so I don't have many complaints other than maybe some of their templates could be more user friendly but they do offer free training if needed or requested. We are able to quickly reach out with mass emails in order to keep up with sales promotions we're running throughout
