I like that it offers so many different ways of communicating with my clients which makes them feel more important than just another phone call or letter from us! It also helps me keep track of all our communications in one place. Sometimes is can be annoying when you are trying to read through everything at once but overall it's been helpful for keeping up with client communication and making sure we're doing what needs to get done as quickly as possible. There isn't anything i dislike about this software other than maybe how sometimes there could be some lag times between messages being sent out if there aren't too many people using the system at same time. As long as your sending emails and text messages regularly then their should not be much issues since they make changes every now and again to try improve upon things. Keeping in touch with clients via various methods such as texts and emails has helped build relationships better and faster, plus gives.
