BEST LED MAGNIFIER LAMP FOR READING & CLOSE WORK. COMFORTABLE, UNLIKE MAGNIFYING GLASSES / HEADSETS: Enjoy newspapers and books even if you have vision problems such as ageing eyes or macular degeneration. Avoid the discomfort of glasses that strap on your head or put weight on your face. Things are in focus 8" away. THE RIGHT LIGHT FOR PUZZLE MAKING, SEWING & OTHER CRAFTS - CLAMP FOR DESK / WORKBENCH & GOOSENECK STYLE SWING ARMS SET & KEEP MAGNAFYING HEAD IN PLACE - The cool white light helps your eye see minor contrast plus tiny stitches / count threads like in natural daylight, improving needlework crafts and easing puzzle making. Plus free your hands from holding the 3" lens so you enjoy arts & hobbies such as knitting, cross stitch, quilting, painting & drawing more. 225% MAGNIFICATION LAMP FOR ESTHETICIANS MICROBLADING, DOING FACIALS & EYELASH EXTENSIONS - Spas & salons, makeup artists and beauticians: do you need to work close up, precisely to make your clients look beautiful? It couldn't be any easier to shape an eye brow just right when you can see it brighter and magnified. The white light color temperature is just the thing for highlighting details and fine hairs. AVOID REPLACEMENT HASSLES - REAL DIOPTER GLASS & 20 YEAR LIFE LED LIGHTS FOR MAX DURABILITY - The genuine diopter glass means the lens doesn't warp with time or heat, and is also scratch resistant. The 9W & 650 lumen LED lights are built in and last 20,000 hours - about 20 years of use for 3 hours/day !. BRIGHTECH'S 3 YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY: We proudly stand behind all of our products 100% and offer a full 3 year warranty. This will cover if the product stops working within 3 years or if there are any defects within those 3 years.

POS Magnifying Lamp

The construction is pretty solid, but the lamp tension cannot be tightened enough, it hangs open/vertical all the time and there is no way to tighten it. Using a Phillips screwdriver does not help. The clip is not attached to the lamp arm, you simply insert it into a 1.5 inch deep hole. What a disappointment, I was so excited I installed this for my father who has neovascular glaucoma.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Reliability

Best magnification positioning bracket set I have ever seen

Best magnification positioning bracket set I have ever seen. The light is really bright, no glare on the subject area. The positioning hand makes it amazing for me. Many other loupes I've tried before that supposedly had positioning arms that were easy to position and had to stay in place once positioned just never worked. this one does the job perfectly! Attached is a short video showing my work.

Pros
  • Excellent construction

  • Miscellaneous Other

It's not a super cheap light and I'm really annoyed about it right now.

Bought as a gift. It is made of high quality materials BUT after 5 uses the bulb started flickering and wouldn't stop. It says that if you have any problems, you must contact the company, which is what I did. Brightech boasts about its customer service and states that you need to email the company and they will fix the problem. Well it is now August 8 months after I bought the faulty lightbulb and I still have not received a response from the company. It's not a super cheap light and now I'm…

I love this light!

I really like this light, I cannot recommend it more highly. I practice all day every day. I'm always doing something at my little table. I'm in the kitchen corner, so it's getting pretty dark. Not only is this light brighter than the Tim Holtz Stella I have, but it's positioned so conveniently. The arm is amazing and it *stays* when you move it. You can move it in tiny increments and it will STAY. I wear glasses but with a very low diopter as I am already myopic but I have a habit of tilting…

Five stars but lacking quality control

The lamp itself has five stars and costs $59. However, the lamp arrived with the diopter retaining ring removed. If I hadn't read Revain's comment on this product before purchasing it, I might not have been aware of this risk. Second, when using this lamp, for optimal viewing of objects in the same plane as the mounting base, the lens must be placed 9 inches above that plane, however, the spring tension of the lower arm increases as it flexes as it pivots down from its vertical position - hence

Be careful when shopping from Brightech or trying to get an AMAZON warranty

Very poor warranty service from Brightech. (For now I will update my review accordingly once the warranty issue is resolved.) Please note that when you purchase an item through Brightech's Revain you only get a 3 year warranty, not a 5 year warranty on the Brightech website. I received my item in November 2016 and used it very little while moving not only the house but also the shop and all its contents to a new home as well as renovating and completely remodeling the shop. My biggest concern…

After 2 weeks Brightech no response or problem response

After I received the Brightech Light View PRO LED Magnifier Lamp, carefully took it out of the box and placed the mounting clip on my desk, the magnifier lens suddenly fell out. Lens holder on the ground and smashed. Obviously the lens wasn't securely fixed in the mount as expected. I think that the loose fit of the lenses indicates that the manufacturer did not properly assemble the lamp prior to packaging. With multiple emails. Both directly from the manufacturer and through Revain, I asked…

The build quality is terrible for the price

If the product works, can you call it good? Obviously not, but most reviewers did for this flashlight. It's a light and a magnifying glass, but it's built horribly. Check out the pictures and make an informed decision, but personally I don't think it's worth $100. Unfortunately, I couldn't find many alternatives, so you may not have a choice if you're craving a product like this. My concerns about this product. The hand cannot be disassembled, see photos, the joints are riveted. the spring…

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

After years of living with a flimsy, clumsy magnifying glass Now I'm surprised I didn't buy one got one of these so long ago. The prices are indeed quite reasonable compared to what was available 510 years ago. First, the lamp has an elegant look with a thin bezel that doesn't catch the eye. More importantly, it's easy to adjust and *stays* right where you put it - doesn't bounce, doesn't crawl, just works. Unlike the more expensive Aven units we have at work, they have a screw head on each…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
