Came in a slightly different color than pictured, lighter than expected. I used some "restorer" on tinted wood and now it looks great. Gives our bar a stylish look. Was concerned it would hold up with the small anchors provided but we've had it loaded with wine and glasses and it's holding up well.

Love it but need longer screws and more screws. I used 1 1/2 screws from a hardware store I had. I used a drywall anchor in the center and screwed it directly to the studs using the outer holes. After installation I screwed another screw under the original holes at an angle that made it much sturdier and secured it to the wall.

I was hoping to fit 12 full bottles of spirits on the base although it is designed to fit 6 bottles on the sides. The manufacturer does not specify a total weight load, so after installing it I decided not to put any pressure on it and to hold the weight no more than 6 bottles. As several reviewers have pointed out, the best way to add extra support to this stand is with brackets.
