I like that it is easy for me as an individual, who has little knowledge of financial management or investing in stocks/bonds etc., but can't do those things myself (due my lack thereof)to be able manage this type stuff because i am not good at math! It's also great they are always there when you need them if something goes wrong with your account which happens often due their high interest rates compared ot other companies such us chase bank where we pay less than half what bright side does…

The ease of access, you can get help at any time of day or night. They are quick in getting back with me when I have questions. It is easy for my parents to use as well since they live out of state. Sometimes it's hard to understand some terms used by them which makes things difficult once we reach an agreement. We need more options in our plans like adding a mortgage payment option so that we don't pay extra fees because they do not offer this service yet but I think their customer service…

I like that it is easy for me to pay my bills online each month, and also have access to different types of accounts with them as well. It's not always clear what you are signing up for when doing an account set-up. Sometimes there can be multiple options or features available depending upon your type of transaction (credit cards vs. checking/savings).
