I have to give 5 stars for this - This product works amazingly well and is much better and easier than using regular glass cleaner or household cleaner. We had a chandelier that hadn't been cleaned for several years because it was very tall and therefore had a lot of dirt and looked pretty dull. WOW! Our 100 year old chandelier sparkles like new! I've been cleaning it for over 35 years, but I've always had to wipe the crystals off after spraying. We are pleasantly surprised at how long it has taken for our chandelier to shine again after more than 6 months of use. Took me a full 3 minutes to spray it instead of hours. Would manual cleaning give us better results? Absolutely, but nobody has time for that. I would give this product 5 stars if it didn't leave any drip marks on the bottom of the crystals. I just love this thing! I recently moved into a house with several crystal chandeliers and one faux crystal chandelier (with plastic gems).
