Beautiful and very soft rug. There are a few spots around the edges where it looks a bit thin or the hair has fallen off, but it's so pretty I don't want to put it on the floor.

The left side of this carpet looks unfinished and peeling. There are a few bald spots, I'm not sure if that's normal with cowhide rugs. It smells too. Although it looks cool.

Beautiful skin! I was expecting some deviation from the posted image, but it's very close. There are many wrinkles that will hopefully smooth out, but that's to be expected. Very happy with my purchase.

This is the perfect size for a small table for 4 people. This carpet had no strong odor and no deep creases. It's very beautiful and I'm glad I finally made the purchase!

We bought this to cover the seats of our bar stools. It was exactly like the photo. When buying a unique item you never know if you're going to get what you're hoping for, especially when the price is lower than others, so we were very happy that the purchase turned out to be a reasonable one.

Daisy was a cow, now it's a rug and what a rug! Daisy is very comfortable on feet, high quality and large enough to be the centerpiece of a medium sized living room. Daisy's hair is short and easy to brush. If I ever need more skins to fill a field I will definitely return to this seller.

Great rug Soft. Smells like leather! Stay in place. There was no dark brindle with lots of white like in the photo (my only complaint about that). This is a Hereford breed that has a lot less white than Hereford cows - they only have a tiny bit of white where the legs are cut off and A LOT of dark red fur. Available for real product! I wish it was more like the picture in terms of color scheme but still a quality rug.

Well, it's not exactly the pattern they advertise, but it's pretty darn nice nonetheless. I love the smell more than anything, it's like a mix of fresh cow, fresh skin, perfume and chemical marker. Sounds like a strange combination, but it works. I haven't put it on my floor yet, but I will soon. The only thing that seems a bit odd is that it has little white spots, I feel like dandruff which would be funny if it did, but I'll give it a bit of brushing and washing (just kidding) before I do it…
