The shirts are for boys. When the t-shirts arrived, however, it was clear that they were for girls. If you decide to order this item I would advise ordering a size or two larger than you need.

I found them a bit small but the material is AMAZING! My son is 8 and wears a 10/11 and they were a bit tight for him. These shirts are perfect to wear under a sports kit or hoodie.

My 9 year old usually wears a size 10 and we are 9-10 years old. He probably won't be able to wear them after this winter, but they're good shirts when they're on sale and he loves them.

My son decided he needed pure cotton pajamas. These are harder to find than you can imagine for an almost 11 year old. So I found good cotton pajama bottoms and then these shirts were PERFECT. They are a bit tight so one size larger than usual is a good choice. They make a great winter shirt when paired with a great flannel and then over a jacket. They are so comfy and soft my son wants to wear them all the time but I told him they are like pajamas. Thank you for offering a great product!

I have two boys aged 12 and 13. Thin, thin, tall. I usually buy 14-16 because they are big. My God. This shirt barely fit. The hands were up to the middle of the forearm. They were ultra fit. Where the arm meets the bodice, the seam is cut into the armpit. So bad. It was more like 10-12. I had to leave a package because I opened it (junk). Washed to donate to charity and he shrunk! I will take a picture of them wearing it and it is wrong compared to the size 14-16 on these shirts vvvvvvv. So…

I love these shirts! My boys wear them to dance class. They're long enough to fully cover the waist of the leggings, and the sleeves don't impede movement or ride up. They are very thin but comfortable, ideal for physical activity. After several washes they have become even softer and shrinking has not affected their fit. I think they are meant to be worn as tank tops and for that purpose I think they would be very nice without being bulky under a top layer. My boys are almost 4 and we are size
