I have ordered cool white Brisled LED lightbulbs for my tree. I read all the reviews and I can honestly say that these bulbs stayed cold even after 7 hours of use. All bulbs glowed and were packaged very well. I only gave them 4 stars because the color of the pears is not "cool white" but more of a light blue. I had forgotten how bright the LED bulbs were and to be honest I preferred a less bright but truly white bulb.

It was a pain. I have these settings and initially worked great. They were out in New York City, exposed to rain and snow and sudden changes in temperature. As a result, none of this seemed to affect disabling sections. No daisy chain, individual strains have sections that just switch off. Sometimes if you move them they all come back, but more often than not it's just a wiring error. I throw them away. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They work to get 2 stars. They lose 1 star because a couple of bulbs are missing (there are extra ones) and the wires are sticking out (I was able to put things together. They lose another star because I received two sets (of 2) and they weren't all the same color (small but noticeable) There is also a star deduction because of the annoying flickering light, which you can feel more than you can see. The plastic caps for the LED bulbs are also missing on some.

Very happy with these lanterns. Hey, they look great on our Christmas tree! And all 4 I bought worked straight away - no dead LEDs. They will likely pay off in energy savings within a few years, as we like to keep our Christmas tree lights on 24/7 throughout December. And don't worry about fires as these babies don't generate heat. The only thing I don't like is that they contain multiple white LEDs. Bought a couple of these lights. They come in two packs and I've ordered over 30 to decorate my house and my parents' house. Looked great when I first put them on.
