The product itself was fine. You get what you order. However, the product was not suitable for my purpose. Trying to return the product turned out to be a problem. If I bring it to a UPS branch, the return is free. The closest UPS store to my house is an hour away! If I choose to print the UPS label, it costs $5.99.
