They fit easily in a bottle of wine, no assembly required. The handles are secure and the bottom of the bag is strong enough that I can be sure the bottle won't fall through the bottom. Although sold as "wine gift bags" they are wider than normal wine bags and strike me as better suited for large bottles of bourbon, whiskey or tequila!
