Same features but with voltage issues

This is my third Brother machine and overall I'm happy with the product but it's not perfect. There have been many reports of tension issues with this machine and yes I find this a problem. It seems it still doesn't work no matter how I adjust the voltage. I've tried googling the problem and doing all the necessary steps - change thread, change needle, change bobbin, etc. and nothing seems to work. There is a feature on the machine that when you stop sewing it will do another stitch to finish…

This newbie LOVES this machine =)

This is my first sewing machine so I can't compare to others, but I feel like I can give newbies a pretty good non-technical perspective on all of this. I have never sewn (except for 8th grade at home etc. experience of constantly fixing the machine and almost never sewing). Very glad I bought it - pros/cons/thoughts

I was small I was small at first I was hesitant to buy this car but I'm so glad I did. First a little about how I sew, then the pros and finally the cons of this machine. My experience: I don't sew much, but all the machines I've owned have been Singers. I sewed mostly for things like hemming, simple repairs, and home decor.
