Browne 2 Inch Extra Coarse Grater Review

I saw this grater in Baking Steel's pizza video and wanted it! Ideal for preparing long slices of mozzarella for pizza. This greatly simplifies and speeds up grinding. I make pizza for the kids once a weekend, I just love this tool.

I've been looking for a very basic grater that isn't a flimsy piece of junk and I think I have it with this product finally found it . In fact, of course, contrary to the false descriptions of many others, it is very well built and sturdy. I am very happy.

I have a variety of graters and graters, but I needed a really powerful grater that can quickly shred cheese, potatoes, onions, parsnips, etc. when it's not handy is to use .and then clean the food processor for a relatively small amount.
