"Outstanding auger for heavy-duty jobs

I purchased this auger to use on a construction site for digging holes for fence posts. It is extremely durable and makes quick work of any surface it encounters. The cutting edge is sharp and stays that way through multiple uses. The auger is industrial and scientific grade, so it can handle any tough job. The only downside is its weight, which can be a challenge to maneuver at times.

Pros
  • Durable, sharp cutting edge, industrial and scientific grade
Cons
  • Heavy weight can be cumbersome to maneuver at times.

Works well with pressure treated wood.

Great tool for the money, use it for drilling 8 x 8 x 16 foot pressure treated boards. Completely broke the bat about 250. Very happy with the tact.

Pros
  • One piece center structure for drilling rigidity
Cons
  • Something different

Manufactured Durable Drill

Arrived next day and came in handy straight away to install the patio railing in my apartment building so required a lot of drilling. It continues to just chew wood and works great. I looked for 7/16" at all local hardware stores and crossed it out.

Pros
  • Quality Assured
Cons
  • Uncertain
