Broke quickly/lack of customer service

I liked it at first. After two weekends of use, the main control knob fell off. No big deal, it still works. Two months later it starts randomly shutting down/failing. I sent a message to customer support. Nothing. Glitches increase. Another message. Nothing. Now it only remains a few seconds at a time. I sent a third email last week and haven't received a response yet. So I made good use of it for almost 3 months. And then three of the more disappointing applications. And now it doesn't work…

Pros
  • understandable even for the old
Cons
  • uncertain

Stabilizer works great, I was able to balance my camera easily with a few YouTube videos. The quality of my video has improved thanks to this item as I no longer have annoying camera shake when using the stabilizer. It takes some time to learn, I'm still learning all the settings. If you record enough videos, this is a good addition to your collection. I still use a tripod with a moving head for photography. , the stabilizer has become another tool in the arsenal. I use it with a Panasonic…

I bought the faucet for my 5d mk.iv so I updated the firmware when i got him increase the payload to hold 5D after i installed everything i powered it up but the motors were dead seem to have no clear solution for this I am very disappointed with this product now because it remains useless now I have contacted Zhiyun support and am currently waiting for their response But for now I would not recommend this product until it there is a…

GREAT COMPANY AND PRODUCT!

I have to say I am in seventh heaven with this product. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and this product. First let me say that I bought this for a trip to Maui. While I was in Maui, the faucet was damaged by a little rain. I quickly wiped it off but because of the water the faucet wasn't working properly. As a result, the gimble was gone for the remainder of my trip. When I got to Arizona a week later, I sent my old one back and asked for a new one. Before I could even

Does a good job of stabilizing my Sony A7 with .

Stabilizes my Sony A7 with a 28mm lens very well. However, the 24-70 lens adds too much weight and front loading. The good thing about this model, however, is that it can be adjusted in the app for the weight of the mounted camera and lens. However, if your lens is too long, you will need to balance the camera body far enough back that you lose tilt axis capability. Although the adjustment plates have dimensions for each axis (so you could theoretically get the balance right and then write down

Great addition for video shooting/film production

Product arrived on time and very well packaged. I've been researching the faucet for a while and it was definitely the best faucet out there! Balancing with my Panasonic G7 mirrorless camera was pretty easy. It takes some practice to get used to how it works and the different modes. Using the app on your phone makes it even better as you can fine tune the gimbal and see what the functions are doing with the joystick in the directional arrow app. The actual guide requires some work, but that's…

Great for the price

I bought it for less than $250 and I'm surprised it works as well as it does now. I've never run out of battery and I still haven't noticed any shake in my videos despite using a heavy 85mm lens on my Sony A7RII. You'll need to buy an accessory to raise it higher, or a flexible arm to set it on the floor so the cable can still be reached without tugging on the camera. Also, be sure to tighten the battery case well, otherwise the gimbal will accidentally come off when it comes off. This happened

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I really don't like it, everything is fine
